WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed within 10 business day to 14 business days due to COVID. Business days are Monday-Friday. Processing time means the time it takes to pick and pack your order. Processing starts when you receive your confirmation email after purchase. BEAUTY STRIKE Example say you order our Rosewater & Glycerin toner, the toner may take 5 business days to process + 3 day shipping = 8 days until your order is received or however long USPS takes to deliver your product due to COVID there are shipping delays including scanning delays.

However, if a product is damaged during shipping please email us with pictures, order number first and last name and phone number to BEAUTYSTRIKENY@GMAIL.COM so we can come up with a quick solution or credit your account. We do not reimburse for return postage.
